Order Processing

We strive to fulfill all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our trusted shipping partners for delivery. Shipping within the Dubai typically takes 1-2 business days and 1-5 business days in all other Emirates, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UAE. 

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, our customer service team is here to assist you.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently only ship within the UAE. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are continually evaluating options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
