We're committed to providing you with high-quality refurbished gadgets that you can rely on. That's why all our products come with a warranty of up to 1 year from the date of purchase varying product to product. 

What's Covered: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal use of the product. If you encounter any issues, we're here to assist you.

How to Use Your Warranty: If you need to use your warranty, simply fill out the online warranty claim form on our website. Please provide us with as much detail as possible about the issue you're experiencing, and our team will promptly assist you.

What's Not Covered: Please be aware that our warranty does not cover physical damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper handling. Additionally, it does not cover liquid damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids.

What is covered under warranty?

This warranty automatically comes with the purchase of any device on Refab. The warranty is limited to technical defects and component issues that affect the functionality of your item.Refab will repair a defective device or offer a replacement for it. You’re eligible for a refund if we cant  repair or replace it. The warranty is valid for upto 1 year from the delivery of your item and may vary from product to product.

What is not covered under warranty

In the unlikely event of a failure of the device, Refab will arrange for your devices to be returned and serviced by our vendor, free of charge when you inform us of the defect within the warranty period (12 months), provided that the product has no any physical or accidental damage.

What’s not covered?
* Any damage or malfunction arising out of or directly caused by liquid ingress
* Gradual wear and tear and cosmetic damages that do not affect the device functionality
* Any damages arising out of negligence or intentional malpractice
* Any loss/deletion/corruption of any data stored on the device
* Any repairs/open-inspection made by third parties

I've found out that my device has third party hardware. Can I claim warranty to have original parts?

Our refurbished devices may go through repairs to ensure that the device works as intended.

These repairs may use components from other manufacturers or other same model phones. This may prompt some messages on the latest Apple devices stating "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine...". Please rest assured that our certified technicians only use high quality parts to repair the device and the functionality of the phone will not be impacted by this message.

Be reminded that if upon inspection, we find issues because of misuse on the device and not covered in our policy, we will ship back the device as is.

How can I claim the warranty of the product?

How long would it take for the device to be fixed?

When you inform us about any issues, we'll swiftly start the return process to send the device back to the supplier for inspection and necessary checks.

If the device needs repairs, our vendor takes approximately 15 days for careful inspection and fixing. Bear in mind, that this duration doesn't include the time it takes to ship the device to and from the supplier. Availability will determine the possibility of a replacement.

It's important to note that any delays during transit after we've shipped your repaired device are beyond our control. Nonetheless, we'll work closely with the vendor to monitor and address any potential issues as promptly as we can.

What is Refab’s return policy?

In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 7 days of delivery for a full refund by checking out how to claim a refund here. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will receive the refund within 15 days after our product team has received and inspected the item. In the event that there are obvious signs of use, our product team reserves the right to apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable. This allows us to protect our devices and customers from others who misuse and abuse our return policy.

Be reminded that if upon inspection, we find issues because of misuse on the device and not covered in our policy, we will ship back the device as is.

You may be subject to non-refundable deductions (15% of the item price + shipping fees which can be of up to 100 AED ) to cover for logistics and handling fees in case there are no issues found on the device. 

If the claim is deemed invalid or if the return is due to a change of mind, a deduction of 15% + 100 AED will be applied to the total value of the order.

How long does it take to get my refund back?

Once our team has confirmed your eligibility for a return, it will take a maximum of 14 days for your refund to be reflected on your original method of purchase.

In case you paid by cash on delivery option, an online transfer would be initiated from our side.
