What mode of payments can be used to make purchases on your website?

You can make payment securely on our website using a credit card, debit card and net banking. We also offer cash on delivery.

What is the warranty period of your renewed items?

We're committed to providing you with high-quality refurbished gadgets that you can rely on. That's why all our products come with a warranty of up to 1 year from the date of purchase varying from product to product. Mobiles phones and Tablets have a 1 year warranty while laptops have 6 months warranty. Our warranty covers product defects both hardware and software issues during the warranty period. It includes discrepancies in the delivered product and other potential problems.
During the warranty, we'll sort out repairs or a replacement based on the issue. But, the warranty doesn't cover damages caused by users, like water or force incidents or LCD damage. Also, if someone unauthorized tampers with the device, the warranty becomes invalid.

 What is the warranty period of your brand-new items?

New products  have a warranty of 1 year.

Can we return the items?

In an event where you find your device to be unsatisfactory due to the receipt of a flawed device or any such related issue, you may return the undamaged device within 14 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item ought to be unused and must be in the same condition as it was received, along with the original packaging.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item by our product team, the refund will be processed within 15 days if the claim is deemed valid.

What are the conditions to facilitate return of an item bought?

 You have up to 7 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.

 What is the refund policy?

 If you're returning your product due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction, or if no issue is found upon inspection, we may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price. Additionally, a shipping fee of up to AED 100 may be charged. Please note that these fees will be deducted from your refund.

How can I cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

Can I sell my used phone on REFAB?

The option is not yet available but we are working on bringing this option and it will soon be functional.

Can I get another renewed phone in exchange for my current phone?

 No, the feature is currently in development and will be made available soon.

 How do I track my order?

 Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Furthermore, you can track your order by using the Reference Number, Partner AWB Number or Customer Reference Number, by entering the required information here.

To start a return, please fill out the return form on our website. Once we receive your request, our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the return process step by step.

What is not covered under the warranty of a device?

Our warranty does not cover physical damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper handling. Additionally, it does not cover liquid damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids.

 What is the delivery time of an order? How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our trusted shipping partners for delivery. Shipping within Dubai typically takes 1-2 business days and 1-5 business days in all other Emirates, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UAE. 

I’ve found out that my device has third party hardware. Can I claim warranty to have original parts?

Our renewed devices may go through repairs to ensure that the device works as intended. These repairs may use components from other manufacturers or other same model phones.This may prompt some messages on the latest Apple devices stating "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine...". Please rest assured that our certified technicians only use high quality parts to repair the device and the functionality of the phone will not be impacted by this message.

Does the company deliver the orders itself?

Once we ship your order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We’ll aim to work with the service provider to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible.
