Do I need to include the charger or original box?
No, you do not need to send us the original charging cable, power adapter, or retail box. We only require the device itself. Please ensure you remove any phone cases or screen protectors before handing it to the courier.
How long is my instant quote valid for?
Your locked-in trade-in value is valid for 3 days from the moment you submit your request. This gives you time to back up your data and schedule your free pickup.
Do you accept broken or faulty devices?
Yes. We accept conditions ranging from Flawless to Heavy Wear (including cracked screens and degraded batteries). The trade-in value reflects the condition, but almost every device retains some value.
